I usually like given up and thinking too much while doing it, but I've done a few days now without thinking too far ahead (e.g. It ain't easy, but I am starting to get into it. I really hope some of you will come back and report how it is going. I don't usually loose any/much weight, so I took measurements as I am looking for inches round my middle really.ĭay 12 done. However, I have done this before and although I really struggled to get started and was skipping lots of it to start off with, I eventually got pretty addicted to it and saw the results! I am no good at restricting what I eat, can't go to any classes (due to no childcare etc.) and don't usually stick anything out. after strength, after cardio, I convinced you, I should have commission (only joking). I know, I would have a dry mouth by the end of the workout! I just try to eat healthily and cut out most of the rubbish and also cut down on carbs a little, not cutting them out, but having a bit more veg and a little more potatoes. I have got it hear somewhere, but I have never even attempted following it as we always eat as a family every day, so we all have the same. We should all just be proud of ourselves for getting for popping in and yes, posting the meal plan is a great idea. And anyway, how tall are you, because 13st really isn't that much.
